Computer is slow, doesn't always boot successfully etc

if someone could please take a look I would be most appreciative. I have downloaded and tried a pile of removers but I suspect it is still probably there although the other programs don't find anything. AVG couldn't clean/delete/fix a lot of them but it did remove the rootkit ones.
